Troubleshooting

Install SaveTheDate, configure your first event and add calendar links to confirmations and emails.

Missing buttons

Check that the form is active and not trashed, event settings are enabled, the date range is valid and the event has not ended. Automatic buttons apply only to Text confirmations.

Caching

Exclude /wp-json/savethedate/* from long-lived CDN and page caches. Cached pages can display old buttons until the page cache expires.
