Pro supports pill, minimal, solid and outline styles, plus horizontal, vertical and dropdown layouts. Choose calendar providers and their order to suit your event.

Public fixed-event shortcode

Replace 123 with your fixed-event form ID. Shortcodes and the editor calendar block are public and support fixed events only. Do not put private registration details into a public fixed event.

Individual calendar URLs

Use individual URL merge tags when building your own notification markup:

{save_the_date_links} produces plain-text links. These outputs respect the selected provider configuration.

Before sharing an event

Opening a provider link transfers the configured event details to that calendar provider. .ics files contain the configured event fields. Review the output and only include information you intend the recipient to receive.
